On November 13-17, MISMA organized a visit of Russian partners to China to get acquainted with developments, production technologies, as well as the practice of using innovative feed additives in feeding productive animals in China.
It was not by chance that the production complexes of MENON, China, were chosen as the venue for this event. Today, the MENON group of companies is a technologically advanced and large-scale production facility in China, specializing in the production of feed flavors, protected additives for cattle, vitamins, acidulants, functional protein and other additives for animal feed. The company's products are exported to more than 20 countries in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, America and are widely used in poultry, pig, cattle and aquaculture. MENON has developed and implemented a quality control system that includes methods to verify the effectiveness of products and feeding programs. Product quality is confirmed by international certificates: ISO9001, ISO22000 and FAMI-QS. Productivity indicators on MENON farms, where pilot implementation of feed solutions are being carried out, are among the best in the country.
The trip program was designed in such a way as to demonstrate the entire process chain - from the laboratory development of a feed additive to control and evaluation of its introduction into the animal’s diet.
Colleagues from MENON conducted tours of today's most advanced factories specializing in research, development and large-scale production of feed additives. The guests visited laboratories and industrial buildings, got acquainted with high-tech equipment and plant equipment. As part of the workshop “Chinese practices for increasing productivity,” MENON specialists spoke about the realities of the Chinese market and the features of selecting raw materials for the production of animal feed, and shared the latest developments in the field of feed solutions for poultry and pig farming.
The following days of the visit included a visit to a premix plant and a pig feed production plant. The excursions turned out to be informative and productive - Russian and Chinese enterprise specialists exchanged experiences and discussed a number of production issues.
The end of the practical part was a trip to a large poultry farm. The guests visited the production workshops, got acquainted with feeding schemes and methods of using feed additives to solve various tasks facing the enterprise.
Paying tribute to traditional Chinese hospitality, it is impossible not to mention the diverse cultural program that concluded the business part of the event, during which the Russian group visited a number of historical and natural attractions.
